Photographic Consent and Release Statement

In consideration of my voluntary participation in activities, events, or programs organized by A+Media (collectively, “Activity”), I, the attended participant, hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

I hereby grant permission to A+Media, its parent company, affiliates, clients, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “A+Media”) to record, film, tape, photograph, and/or otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, and any statements or performances I may make during the Activity (collectively, the “Works”). I further grant A+Media the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, sublicense, adapt, modify, and create derivative works based on the Works in any medium, format, or platform, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the universe.

I understand and agree that:

I will not receive any residual, royalty, fee, or other compensation in connection with the use of the Works, now or in the future.

A+Media shall own all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Works and any derivative works created therefrom.

A+Media may use the Works for any purpose, including but not limited to educational, promotional, commercial, and informational uses, in all media formats such as print publications, websites, social media, streaming platforms, broadcasts, and other digital or electronic formats.

I waive any rights of privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other rights I may have in connection with the Works or their use. Additionally, I release and hold harmless A+Media and its agents, employees, licensees, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the creation, use, or distribution of the Works, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of publicity or moral rights, copyright infringement, distortion, alteration, or other misuse of the Works.

Attendance as Agreement:

By attending the Activity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this statement and agree to its terms. Your presence at the Activity serves as your express consent to be included in the Works under the terms outlined above.

For Minors:

If you bring a minor to the Activity, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and consent to the above terms on their behalf.
